Career Development and Employability Services


CDES assists University of Auckland students and graduates of up to 3 years with all aspects of their career development.

As a student or recent graduate, CDES’ free services can help you identify opportunities, meet and network with employers, and help you become work-ready.

MyCDES, our online career management system gives you access to:

  • A job board
  • Information and bookings for workshops, events (including large industry expos and recruitment events) and appointments with Career Development Consultants
  • Resources and more
