In 2002 I quit a well-paid job in Munich, Germany and set out to go back to University to complete my Master in Translations.

I certainly enjoyed my time spent at University of Auckland at the SELL department, run back then by Sabine Fenton.

In 2004 after I successfully had completed my degree I had to go back to Germany for personal reasons. There I founded my own company, a translations agency which I sold in 2008 to a colleague.

I now live and work as professional translator in Cologne, Germany.
