Chinese Alumni Club
The newly established University of Auckland Chinese Alumni Club is a non profit organisation that aims to reconnect and support the many Chinese alumni who are currently residing in Auckland. The club plan to organise regular events that help alumni stay connected to the University of Auckland, as well as provide them with opportunities to both network and socialise with fellow UoA Chinese alumni.
The club has a very strong and passionate committee, and is led by current Masters student, Rachel Yang. The vision of the club is to celebrate the successes of Chinese alumni and to provide both professional and personal support to its members through a range of events and activities.
To celebrate the official launch of the Chinese Alumni Club, a reception was held in the Business School Foyer on Monday 11th October, where over 160 Chinese alumni, staff, sponsors and Chinese media attended.
