Belinda Carrigan - B.Mus (Hons) and M.Mus (Dist.)

After performing my final Master's Violin Recital days before my 21st birthday, I freelanced in Auckland over the next year, for various orchestras and shows.

In January ('Spring term) of '98, I commenced study at the Royal Northern College of Music, In Manchester and completed my final recital in June, the following year - attaining a Postgraduate Diploma.

Over the last 10 years, since returning to Auckland, I have enjoyed a varied career as a freelance musician and violin teacher, including at Diocesan School for Girls.

Most recently, I have focussed on my partnership with a talented guitarist in 'Cachaca Duo'.

Our debut album 'Songs and Dances' is available in stores.

We have chosen that money from every CD will go to the NZ Cancer Research Charity Trust.
