Pip Cheshire - BArch
Pip, an eminent New Zealand architect and Managing Director of Jasmax Limited, New Zealand's largest architectural practice, is a staunch advocate of good design, winning numerous awards for a number of houses, including the distinguished New Zealand Institute of Architects National Award for Architecture. His passion for the arts is currently being indulged in a project for a "Flexiform" theatre for the Auckland City Council.
Pip is a fellow of NZIA and a past Chairperson of the Auckland Branch of NZIA (1998-2000). He has served on The University of Auckland's Vice-Chancellor's architecture reference group, and has a continuing relationship with the School of Architecture, acting as a guest critic, external examiner for studio, and reviewer of the use of computers in the school.
Pip received a Distinguished Alumni Award in 2003.
