Carly Arnold - BCom, BE (Hons)
Carly graduated with her BCom and BE (Hons) in 2000.
After graduation, she worked as an operations research analyst for Air New Zealand, before she and her husband decided to move to the UK.
Upon arriving there, Carly took advantage of her experience with Air New Zealand and took a position with another airline, easyJet. Initially a business analyst for the IT department, Carly soon moved on to become a business change analyst, and then a programme analyst focusing on facilitating delivery of the business plan and introducing best practice change management.
Carly is currently general manager of easyJet's Bristol and Newcastle airport operations, which involves ensuring that operational strategy, standards, policies and procedures are delivered safely, consistently and cost effectively.
When she thinks back on her time at University, Carly remembers the "smell of sausage sizzles in the lively quad, and the crowds in Albert Park during summer". In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading and exercising.
